Being educated and eating to match the nutritional demands of sports and exercise will enable top cognitive and physical performance while ensuring good health for the long term and years to come. In certain sports such as football a 10% improvement in performance can be seen by improving nutrition by 33%. This may be just a few tweaks that will make a difference.
